One-on-one Pilates reformer sessions are available for clinical exercise, athletic conditioning and anyone looking for a personalised experience.

Meet the woman behind Harmony Flow Studio

Sherrelle Dolphin travelled extensively as a circus performer in her twenties before certifying as a yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. She holds a Diploma in Creative Arts & Health along with an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology. Currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise), she hopes one day to write a PhD. Her passion lies in supporting women towards their greatest health, physically and emotionally, through exercise, mindfulness and various forms of creative expression.


 

Private Pilates appointments offer individual attention to what you need on any given day. 

Our exercise needs change throughout life, particularly in times of injury, pregnancy, chronic conditions or with specific athletic or dance requirements.
