After training at Australia's National Institute of Circus Arts (N.I.C.A.) in 2001, Sherrelle travelled extensively as a Circus Performer during her twenties before certifying as a Yoga Teacher in 2009 and then as a Pilates Instructor in 2012.
She holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology and is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise) and a Diploma of Creative Art & Health.
Her passion lies in supporting women towards their greatest health, physically, mentally and emotionally, through exercise, and mindful movement.
