The best way to understand is by experiencing Pilates in a 1:1 setting which gives you an opportunity to ask questions and receive personalised modifications and progressions.
All new clients are required to complete a New Client Package before being considered entry to classes.

Our exercise needs change throughout life, particularly in times of injury or surgery recovery, managing chronic conditions, perimenopause, post menopause, or with specific athletic requirements.

Pilates classes are mixed level and available after a minimum of 5 x Pilates 1:1 appointments (New Client Package) have been completed within a 6 week timeframe.
This pre-requisite builds consistency of attendance and a beginning level of understanding Pilates prior to entering a group practice.
Level 1 - no acute injuries or chronic conditions unsuitable for classes.
Level 2 - level 1 + consistently attending 2 sessions per week.

Pilates classes are unavailable to be attended casually.

Sherrelle Dolphin travelled extensively as a circus performer before certifying as a Yoga Teacher in 2009 and Pilates Instructor in 2012. She holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology from Curtin University (2023) and Diploma of Creative Arts & Health from the University of Tasmania (2026). Sherrelle is a Health Mindset Coach and is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise) with Adelaide University, set to graduate in 2027. Her passion lies in supporting women towards their greatest health and well-being, mentally, physically and emotionally.
